Shipping fees are flat based on weight and are calculated at checkout. We use USPS for all shipping except for larger orders which are sometimes sent via UPS.

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.

Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder!) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Please feel absolutely free to contact us if you are having trouble finding your tracking number or have any concerns regarding shipping time! 

If you need to make a correction of any kind to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Customer Service tab at the top of the website - NOT our store phone number. Please note that we cannot guarantee any alterations to your order can be made once it is placed. 

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any fabric items that have been removed from their protective plastic wrapping. All of our fabrics are immediately packaged after cutting/processing, protecting them from light, scents, dirt, and allergens. We are unable to re-shelve items in that same state of quality if they have been removed from their packaging.

This is to ensure the highest quality for our customer - you can be sure that your fabrics have only been handled by our production staff, and you!

Modern fabric production techniques produce fabrics that are colorfast. If you are concerned with a very dark or bright color, wash your finished quilt or project in cold water with a color-catcher and immediately transfer to a warm dryer. DO NOT WASH PRECUTS OR PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. Machine washing and drying may unravel strips to the point of being unusable. Hand washing is also not recommended.
