Shipping policy

Shipping fees are flat-rate based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. (Most orders arrive sooner.) If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.

Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Please feel absolutely free to contact us if you are having trouble finding your tracking number or have any concerns regarding shipping time! *Please note that we cannot guarantee any alterations to your order can be made once it is placed. If you need to make a correction of any kind, please contact us through the Customer Service tab at the top of the website - NOT our store phone number.

We only ship to United States addresses (including military addresses).

Please note that we cannot hold your shipment for a later shipping date. All orders are filled as they come in.
